When a bracelet came with the wrong charm and was a bit small, I called their 800 number and customer service immediately shipped a new bracelet and included a 60 cent stamp to return the other. A quirk on the website had caused the wrong charm to be selected and customer service immediately had the website changed. Amazing service!-SF
