• Everything shipped UPS is insured, rates are based on value, not quantity.
• Charges are based on merchandise totals for one shipping address.
• UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• You will be notified prior to shipping if additional charges apply.
• Outside of the USA we will bill you the exact charge plus $3.00.
• We normally ship U.S. Air Parcel Post.
• Most items are shipping within one business day.
• All pieces are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.
• You will be notified if we cannot fill your order or if there is a price change.
• Orders may be sent online, faxed or mailed to Alef Bet (see contact page).
• Handmade pieces may vary slightly from the picture.
