I have had my bracelet for 18 days and now the bracelet does not close. It doesn’t catch on either or the 2 slots

emailed a few days ago, waiting for a reply. Rec'd and opened, and was immediately disappointed as it looked child-sized. I set it aside. Kind of added insult to injury as i purchased this after my young husband passed away. I went back and took this tiny bracelet out of the cellophane and decided to at least give it a shot. Then, it got stuck because it requires the dexterity of two hands to remove. I need to return it.
