Like the product, not the service!

I ordered 4 Butterfly/Evil Eye amulets. I love them, and am using them as gifts. 1 arrived defective--missing one of the eyes on a wing. I followed the info on the email, in order to send feedback. I sent more than one communication, along w a photo, and no one has responded. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer support.

I LOVE IT!

If your a fan of butterflies you will LOVE this! Its so pretty! I hung it on the drawer knob on my hutch in my living room! I get compliments on it often!
