No, we only include packing slips. That way if it is a gift the recipient does not see the price.

We use the US post office mail as our primary mail source.
Yes, you can choose express shipping on the checkout page as an option.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. You can chose the method/service of shipping when you place your order.

- What about repairs?
Jewelry is jewelry, and sometimes it breaks. Contact us and we will fix it within a reasonable time frame of 60 days.
- Restring Red String Bracelets?
There is a $10 charge for restringing red string bendel bracelets. $5 goes to the stringer and $5 for the shipping back to you with a tracking number.
- What are your pieces of jewelry made from?

- What methods of payment do you take?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex or PayPal. Types of payment are listed on the checkout page. Your credit card information is not stored with us.
- Sales Tax?
California residents only need to pay sales tax
- How long does it take to receive the jewelry?
We try to ship out in a timely manner. Some items are custom, some are out of stock. If that happens, we will have someone contact you directly with a time frame.
- Do you rush orders?
We can always rush orders. To be 100% positive that it will be delivered by your date needed, call us 818 882 9030, it takes the guesswork out of guessing.
- Do you provide tracking numbers?
US mail does have tracking numbers, and we have those sent with your order confirmation. Track your order here.
- Is there a charge for shipping?
Yes, any order under $10.00 has a $2.50 fee. Orders over $10.01 include free first class US mail shipping. Learn more here.
- How do I remove an item from my cart?
- What is a coupon code?
This is a code that gives you a discount. You will need to enter the code to have it apply the discount.
- Do coupon codes expire?
While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly.
Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.
- Why isn't my coupon code working?
We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping.
- What is a gift certificate?
This is "free" money. You can use it on the checkout page and enter the number and pin number. The amount will be reduced off of your bill.
- How do I track an order?
Email us for the tracking number if you have misplaced it, but also check your promotional tab on gmail or spam. www.usps.com is the shipping company we use and you can enter the tracking number on their website if our link that we provided does not work.
- Do you drop ship, gift wrap and print cards?
YES! On the comment section write what you would like in your card and provide us with the shipping address and we will send it. No invoice will be put in the package, it will be directly emailed to you.
- Where to leave a gift message on an order?
- What if I put in my wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for re-postage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email info@alefbet.com with any questions or concerns.
- What if my package was returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.
- Package shows delivered but it isn't here?
Please wait at least 72 hours to see if the package was delivered to a neighbor or was picked up for you. Thereafter, contact Alefbet to make an insurance claim within 2 (two) weeks of the confirmation of delivery.
We are not responsible for missing packages outside of this time frame.

We do! Email us your email and we’ll add you to it.
- Do I need to create an account to shop?
An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience.
- Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
- It looks like you charged me twice for an order?
If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t worry though, we do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.
- What is Afterpay or ShopPay
We are excited to offer AfterPay and ShopPay as an additional payment method at checkout. You are able to shop now and pay later! Simply select Installments during checkout and pay for your purchase over 4 equal payments. Please note that AfterPay is only available to domestic customers at this time. In order to use AfterPay, you must agree to their Purchase Payment Agreement and Terms of Service.
