If you haven't tried to order from this company, you do not know what you are missing! First off, the customer service/ support is so incredible. I had vascilated between what to order for weeks and had subscribed to their customer emails. Within an hour, I had gotten personalized answers to each of my questions. This went on for a few weeks and I decided to purchase this necklace as a Mother's Day token, as a mom of four boys. During production of the necklace, setting of its stones, and shipping, I was notified each step of the way. The final awesome touch was a personalized video showing me that the package was going out and tentative arrival status. Upon arrival, the carefully wrapped necklace was accompanied with an Evil Eye keychain, which my 5 year old claimed. I appreciate getting the extra something with my purchase. That means a lot and the follow up also means the world to me. This is a company based on a mother and daughter team who CARE and who take their mission of providing exceptional and unique products, very seriously. The necklace has pavé set pink sapphires throughout and it is gentle enough for my one year old to brush up against and strong enough for the necklace to wear on a daily basis. I love it and it was definitely worth the wait. I wear it at the 16 inch mark, btw.
