I am thrilled to be the new owner of these earrings. I wear them in honor or my 5 generations of family in Israel. My great grandma and her family escaped Romania to America. Her sister had to walk out of Romania to Palestine with her daughter. They are now 5 generations in Israel. The daughter is now in her 90',s in a parents home in Herzelia.

I gave these as a gift at a birthday party. There were many extravagant gifts, but these got the most ooohs and ahhhs. Not only are they beautiful, they are so incredibly meaningful!! People were blown away on every level!

My husband got these for me for hannukah. They are super cool but weigh much more than is healthy for earlobes. They pull the pierced holes long and will stretch them. I will likely need to return unless something else can be done with them. Alef bet, design ideas?

Absolutely love these earrings that I bought to match the ammo necklace. I did have to replace the small silicon backs, with larger, wider, more supportive silicon backs, since the weight of the earrings made them droop a bit forward. Not a big deal, I got 100 backs for $3.99 and actually needed them anyway for lots of my stud style earrings.

I had previously ordered a beautiful necklace from this company, I even referred friends and family, who ALSO ordered & then I ordered a pair of earrings and saw that the company truly has horrible customer service!!
When I received the earrings, one of them had scratches on the surface so contacted them via phone which proved to be a waste as the message states she rarely checks messages. I then sent an email asking if there was something that could be done to correct my issue. I was told they’re not all perfect but that I could send the package back and they would replace it. I proceeded to ship it back and after doing so I was emailed by the owner again telling me she sent me out a single earring to replace the one I would be sending back.
I let her know that I had already sent out the entire order, now paying a 2nd round of shipping and asked how we could now go about correcting this issue?
The response was that she would just have to send back another earring to complete the set.
This morning my mailman knocked at my door with a POSTAGE DUE package from Alef Bet!! The complete lack of customer service and the audacity to send a correction back to me and expect me to pay POSTAGE FOR A 3rd time is beyond comprehension!!
I do not believe that the customer is always right, however in this instance I do believe it was the responsibility of the COMPANY to correct their mistake and not leave it up to me to pay AGAIN!!
I can only hope they will do better in the future!
Even though I love the pieces I purchased, I absolutely won’t be ordering any more or referring them any longer because of their poor customer support experience!

Great quality and just as described. They are a little big and heavy for my taste so will be gifting them to a family member. Would buy again though.
