What is cashback?

Cashback is promotional store credit you earn when you shop during our special event. It's automatically added to your customer account for a future purchase.

It's not a refund to your credit card, and you don't need a gift-card code to redeem it.

When is the promotion?

Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 12:00 AM through 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Only qualifying orders placed during this period are eligible.

Orders placed before or after October 22 do not qualify. We cannot apply cashback retroactively to previous purchases.

How much cashback will I earn?

You'll earn 12% of your qualifying merchandise purchase, up to $750 in store credit per order.

For example:

• Spend $100 → Earn $12

• Spend $250 → Earn $30

• Spend $1,000 → Earn $120

Cashback is calculated on the final merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

For example, if your jewelry costs $100 and you apply a 20% discount, you'll pay $80 for the jewelry and earn $9.60 in cashback.

Who qualifies?

Everyone! Both new and returning customers are eligible.

Simply place a qualifying order at alefbet.com during the promotional period.

Is anything excluded?

No jewelry collections are excluded.

The promotion applies sitewide, including our By Alissa fine jewelry collection.

Taxes and shipping charges are excluded from cashback calculations.

When will I receive my cashback?

Your cashback will be issued five days after your purchase, provided your order remains eligible.

For purchases made October 22, cashback is scheduled to be issued October 27, 2026, regardless of when your jewelry ships.

You'll receive an email confirming your store credit amount and expiration date.

Do I need to create an account to receive cashback?

No. You can place your order as a guest.

Your cashback will be associated with the email address you use at checkout.

When you're ready to use it, simply sign in to Alef Bet using that same email address. You can sign in with a one-time verification code sent to your email, without creating a password.

How do I use my cashback?

Your cashback is automatically added to your customer account. There is no gift-card number or promotional code to enter.

To redeem it:

1. Visit alefbet.com and sign in using the email address from your original purchase.

2. Add your favorite jewelry to your cart.

3. At checkout, find the Apply store credit option in the payment section.

4. Apply your available credit toward your purchase.

Your cashback cannot be used on the original order that earned it.

Can I use my cashback on Black Friday?

Yes!

Cashback earned on October 22 is scheduled to be available October 27, well before Black Friday on November 27, 2026.

You can use your available store credit toward a future purchase, including during our Black Friday sale, subject to the applicable offer terms.

Can I combine cashback with another discount?

Yes. Promotional store credit is a payment method, not a discount code.

You can generally use an eligible discount code or sale price and apply your available store credit toward the remaining balance.

Combining multiple discount codes is subject to each promotion's restrictions.

When does my cashback expire?

PROMOTIONAL CASHBACK EXPIRES 45 DAYS AFTER IT IS ISSUED.

For purchases made October 22, credit is scheduled to be issued October 27 and expire December 11, 2026.

Your cashback confirmation email will display the exact expiration date.

Please use your credit before its expiration. Unused promotional cashback cannot be extended, reinstated, or applied to a purchase after expiration, except where required by applicable law.

Is promotional cashback the same as a gift card?

No. This is a limited-time promotional rewards offer, not a purchased gift card.

Promotional cashback is issued as a reward for a qualifying purchase. Customers do not pay an additional fee or purchase the store credit separately.

This program is intended to comply with applicable laws governing promotional rewards, including California Civil Code §1749.5(e)(1).

Purchased Alef Bet gift cards are separate from this promotional cashback program and are not subject to its 45-day expiration policy.

What happens if I return or cancel my order?

Cashback is earned only on eligible purchases.

If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded, the associated promotional cashback may be adjusted or reversed to reflect the final qualifying purchase amount.

All returns and refunds are subject to Alef Bet's applicable return policies.

Can I transfer my cashback or exchange it for cash?

Promotional cashback is associated with your customer account and cannot be transferred to another customer or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Can I receive cashback for an earlier purchase?

No. This is a one-day promotion.

Purchases made October 21 or earlier do not qualify, even if they haven't shipped yet.

Cashback cannot be issued retroactively for orders outside the October 22 promotional period.

October 22 Promotional Terms

Offer valid October 22, 2026, from 12:00 AM through 11:59 PM Pacific Time, on qualifying orders placed at alefbet.com. Earn 12% of the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping, up to $750 in promotional store credit per order. Credit is scheduled to be issued five days after purchase, subject to order eligibility.

PROMOTIONAL STORE CREDIT EXPIRES 45 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.

No retroactive credit for orders placed outside the promotional period. Returns and cancellations may result in promotional credit adjustments. Promotional credit is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Additional restrictions and applicable laws may apply.
