I ordered a love star bracelet. I received star only no hearts. I reached out them & sent a picture and was disappointed I did not receive a response. I also feel it is very hard to put on. I think the clasp should be on the other side.

Beautiful bracelet! It was a gift for my daughter & she loves it. The clasp wasn’t wanting to close tight enough but we managed to use tweezers to fit it in the right space & now it’s fine. I will be purchasing another 1 or 2 for more gifts.
