I ordered the bracelet and it came in a timely manner. I ordered the 8 inch when I really needed the 7 inch. I reached out to the company and asked if I could exchange it and I received a prompt email to say sure..just return it for exchange. I sent it back and the next day I ordered a necklace, too. Within one week I received my correct size bracelet AND my necklace, together in the same package, with my original note I sent them. This tells me that their customer service actually pays attention to what goes on! Anyway my bracelet is perfect as is my necklace. Couldn't be happier!
This bracelet is just gorgeous! The star is small but is a substantial presence and shines like crazy.
